Dan is very qualified to do home & IAQ "mold" inspections at the same time; this saves a lot of time and hassle with the inspection routine.  We have used him twice so far, and both times he found not-very-obvious, major issues with the buildings.  A home seller does not want to see this guy coming up the driveway, he is very, very good.  Make sure you pay the extra fee for him to go under the house, and don't buy any house that has not been inspected from underneath!
